in the meantime...

i have been remiss...

about writing in my sweet sweet blog...

i figured out that it's because i haven't been taking pictures...

and i feel like you won't like me if i post with no pictures...

lol...

so the other day a little birdie told me..

that you might like me for more than just my pictures...

so here goes nothing.. :)

the last week and a half has been tough...

two sick kids...

Micah with a respiratory infection that is getting re-evealuated again today...

and Ayden not much better...

but the hard part is..

that Ayden is normally my rock...

she NEVER gets sick...

so it hurts my heart something special to see her sick..

both of my girls are like pitiful puppies.. 

coughing and sniffling...

ahhh the joys of mommie hood!

but it tell you what... 

it's times like this i know to be thankful...

thankful that it's just a cold with the girls and nothing more serious...

thankful that my hubby has and is willing to work a job that financially allows me to stay home and take care of my babies...

thankful that we have medical insurance and i don't have to think twice about calling to make the girls another doctors appointment...

thankful that i have a car to drive them there...

thankful that a little cold is the most serious thing i have to pray for regarding my entire extended family's health...

and last but not least...

that i have the mindset to remember to be thankful and remember WHO to thank...

because, believe it or not, i'm not perfect..

and i don't always remember...

but today i do...

so i thought i'd write it down...

and share it with you...   :)

AND let's face it... 

every post IS better with a picture...
