cinderella and the tattoo..

i know you've seen me write...

a time or two..

or twenty..

about how much we like it here in VA...

just one more great thing has been...

the cool people we have met...

in such a short amount of time.

in Fl it wasn't until i quit working that i got down to the business of making friends...

so i (luckily) found some cool chicks there too...

but it was a "hard" first 2 years there...

so i vowed when we moved here...

that i'd get to the business of friendships right away...

and lucky for me...

there were some VERY cool girls here waiting :)

today i'll talk about the first one i met..

cinderella..
(remember, we don't use 'real' names on this blog..lol)

cinderella happens to live pretty close to me...

so close that she has called to let me know that Laughlin needed help with bringing in groceries from the car and i had better get outside and help him...

cinderella has a wonderful family...

mommie to 4 stellar kids...

oh and a pretty cool hubby too!

here she is with a couple of her lovelies :)

she happens to have a child with the same name (spelling and everything) as one of mine...

so i knew we were on the same wavelength from the get go.. :)

it has been my pleasure getting to know this big hearted family...

another commonality..

between cinderella and me..

is our fondness for tattoos...

as in.. we both have them...

come to find out...

shes looking to get another...

AND...

one of my 132 side businesses...

is that i draw tattoos... :)

as in.. i've done one for me and my sister...
(but that counts right?)

so i offered to take a stab at designing her newest tattoo...

and i thought i'd share...

here is a picture of the tat that she is already sporting...
(dragons embracing representing she and her hubby)

oh and it's pretty fresh in this pic, thus the redness...

because, lets face it...

tattoos DO hurt...

i won't mention where it's located *ahem*

thus the tight crop :)
(oh and it's a phone image so bear with me)

so, for the new design...

she wanted something that included her kiddoes...

and the dragons...
(to stick with the theme)

i used all of the kiddoes' initials...
J, L, A & M

and after some tweaking...

i think it turned out pretty good!

sooooooo...

betcha didn't know...

that if you're in the market...

for a new tattoo...

you can call me...

jack of all trades...

thats me..
lol
