the perfect push up..

this is a post long overdue..

but i just ran across these pictures and thought they were too good not to share...

for Father's day...

we bought Lin "the perfect push-up"...

he also got a "nook" which he loves, but that's not so relevant here...

(just didn't want you to think i was a "stingy" wife....lol)

anywho...

so we get the perfect pushup out of the box..

and for those of you that haven't seen it...

here is a demonstration of someone performing the perfect push up...

and so of course, like any new "toy"...

the kids wanted a go at it...

first up was Ayden...

and she acually impresed us...

kid's pretty strong and actually had great form..

she banged one out..

I couldn't even bang one out..lol

they are hard...

BUT...

not to be outdone...

it was Micah's tun to try... 

so she got ready...

she got down...

and this is what we got...

and laughing hysterically...

WITH her and not AT her of course....

(my parents used to tell me that alot growing up...)

she got up all of her strength and tried again...

i tell ya... 

it was one of the funnier things she has done in her short life...

and for anyone who knows her...

you know THAT's saying a lot...

lol...

just thought i'd share...
